Although all items from Abstract Lucas Glass have been properly annealed to ensure they are durable and robust, they are still made of glass and therefore can be broken if handled carelessly or dropped. If broken, there are likely to be sharp edges so please take care and dispose of broken pieces carefully.
Most items can be brought back to their shiny glossy selves time after time with a quick wipe over with a soft cloth, or a rinse under the tap if necessary. I do not recommend washing items (including coasters and spoon rests) in a dishwasher as this will leave tiny scratches which will dull the glossy finish over time.

Most items have measurements in their individual descriptions. If these aren't clear, or you'd like some more info, please get in touch and I can double check measurements, send you more detailed photos of items with a ruler, or whatever you need. Please be aware that as a human being and not a machine, my measurements may not be exact - if the size of a specific piece is important to you please get in touch prior to purchase and we can work together to ensure it will be perfect for you.

Items from Abstract Lucas Glass are sent wrapped in tissue paper and nestled inside a box with corrugated cardboard and/or bubble wrap to ensure they aren't damaged in transit. Both the corrugated card and bubble wrap are being reused - they are from the deliveries of sheet glass and other materials that I have taken, as I believe it is important that all of us are as environmentally responsible as we can be. Boxes are sometimes reused too, so don't be too surprised if your rainbow arrives in a broadband router box or similar! Please note I do not put 'fragile' labels on the boxes, as I've found this seems to make them something of a target in the postal system!
